Why do some garments have uneven fabric colors?

Some of our products are pre-bleached to create an aged or worn look. Techniques like Stone Wash, Marble Wash, and Snow Wash achieve this appearance by mechanically abrading the fabric fibers, causing the color to fade. Our garments are dyed and washed in small batches, which may result in slight color variations. These irregularities are characteristic of small-batch dyeing and give each piece a unique, individual character.

What printing techniques do you use?

We use the latest DTG printing technology to deliver high-quality prints quickly.

What type of ink do you use?

We use eco-friendly, water-based inks with OEKO-Tex® certification. These inks produce vibrant colors, provide high print quality, and are resistant to detergents and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting designs.

What are the care instructions for your products?

Wash the garment inside out with neutral detergents. Avoid soaking, direct sunlight, and bleach. Ironing, steaming, or tumble drying should be done at low temperatures (max. 30℃ or 90℉). Hand washing is recommended.

How do I place an order?

Select your desired product and add it to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart" in the desired size. To complete your purchase, select "Checkout" and follow the instructions. Once finished, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that this confirmation does not yet signify the final acceptance of your order.

What happens if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Please contact our customer service at support@donde-dieu.com. Include your order number, the name of the affected item, and a description of the issue. Also, send us a photo of the full item and the damaged areas. We will work on a suitable solution for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, contact us at support@donde-dieu.com, provided the order hasn’t been processed yet. If already processed, you can decline the delivery or return the package via our return platform.

Can I change the shipping address after dispatch?

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch. However, you can contact the courier service to arrange an alternative delivery option.

What should I do if I receive an incomplete order?

If you receive an incomplete order, contact us within 48 hours. Provide your order number and photos of the shipping packaging. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
