Right of withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.



Right of Withdrawal



You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mr. Florian Radke, Tuchener Weg 4, 16259 Berlin, Phone number: 0157 85442290, Email address: olge.dolgov@gmail.com) by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.



Consequences of Withdrawal



If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts



  • for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the control of the entrepreneur;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts



  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
